I had a lot of fun working as the producer/editor of this remake of the 2020 McDonalds christmas advert. This project required extensive VFX work and very detailed editing.

A full motion graphic project completed in After Effects for the Magazine branch of Demon Media.

This promotional video was uploaded to the De Montford University instagram story. It's fast paced and contains some of my best transitional work.

For the post production module of my course, I was challenged to use After Effects to produce a movie trailer. This trailer was greatly recieved and a real challenge for myself, having little experience in the world of character rigging and 2d animation. 

This was an edit down from a 1 hour long Q&A event hosted by De Montford's Student's Union.

DMU football play DMU rugby in a darts contest. This was a fun challenge to edit. Conveying the competition without any audio feeds.

Featuring my Uncle Matt, this screenshot shows a small amount of the GFX work to convey his story. This documentary was well recieved by the verteran community and was even uploaded to the company's YouTube channel.

One of my most viewed videos to date. A project undertaken for the Leicestershire and Rutland Speed or Safety campaign. This edit amassed 800k+ views on facebook and was well recieved by commenters!

As part of my final year at university, I was asked to produce a infographic. This is one of my best motion graphic efforts.

In my second year of university, for one of my coursework projects I had a crack at motion tracking. My tutors were impressed with the results!

For Demon's 48 hour livestream, I was asked to create some opening graphics for a selection of the VTs. QMBOMT required some 3D graphics which took my old PC around 2 days to render!to create

This is the video accompaniment to my 22k word dissertation. It contains some of my best motion graphic work as I break down exactly what makes Parasite (2019) an immensely tense movie. Well worth a watch.

For the Demon blood donation video I needed to make a blood donation related introduction.

When a producer came to me with the idea for a coffee crawl, I already had a loose idea of what I wanted the intro to look like. The result was the following.

Aside from the introduction, the Mediocre Demon Bake Off parody was a lot of fun to edit, making use of the copyright free music the real show uses to create a not too dissimilar parody.

Unexpectedly, I drew from my years of watching top gear to edit this 'race' to collect all the coffee crawl stamps from each barrista.

My own project for RAG in which contestants complete challenges popularised during the pandemic. A lot of fun to put together, but also a lot of footage to edit.
